The Binhu Cultural Center,which includes the study ,leisure,body-building,display and other relative departments,is a multiplex cultural base.the design originated from the Tai Lake - taihu stones  and the Tai Lake water that bordered on it, and unified the Wu's deep traditional culture, and then formed this actively politropy guid system.
